Owner, Mike Parrish

Hi, I'm Mike Parrish – a USCG licensed captain with certifications from the American Boat and Yacht Council and National Marine Electronics Association. I started in the marine industry as a deckhand on a Chicago River Tour boat, where I worked my way through the ranks as an engineer, first mate and eventually earned my captain’s license.

My experience as a commercial passenger boat captain spans over a decade, where I handled various boats ranging from MBTAs high-speed catamarans, to the Spirit of Boston, and a couple antique wooden yachts. It was on these boats that I gained a vast understanding of marine systems and their maintenance.

After years in the industry, I decided to pursue my dream of starting a marine service business with a focus on electrical and electronics systems.

Keeping up with the ever-evolving marine technology landscape is critical to me, and I pride myself on being a quick learner and a problem solver. As the industry continues to advance rapidly, I am thrilled to be in a position to offer consultation services, custom electrical system design, and product reviews that cater to boat owners' unique needs and budgets.
